2. Nature of Services
NoonVale is shared expense ledger software for co-parents: one neutral place to log what the kids cost, split it the way both parents agreed, and keep a dated record of what has been requested and marked paid.
Either parent can create a shared ledger, invite the other parent, log expenses for the children with receipt photos, and apply a split both parents set up together. The other parent can accept, question, or mark each request as paid, and the Service keeps a running balance and a dated history both parents can see and export.
NoonVale is software only. It does not hold, move, transmit, or process money, and it does not store bank or card credentials for paying the other parent. Parents pay each other however they choose and record the payment in the ledger.
Both parents on a ledger see the same entries. Edits and deletions are recorded in the ledger history and are visible to both parents.
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Prices are shown before you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the period you paid for.
3. Not Legal, Financial, or Child Support Advice
NoonVale is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or mediation advice, does not calculate child support, does not interpret any parenting plan, court order, or agreement, and does not act as a mediator of record or a payment service.
Splits and balances shown in the Service reflect only the settings and entries the parents provide. NoonVale makes no promise about how any record may be treated by a court, agency, or other party. For questions about your obligations, consult a qualified professional.
5. Free Plan, NoonVale Plus, and Cancellation
The free plan includes one shared ledger between two parents, unlimited expense logging with receipt photos, a single default split, reimbursement requests, and the running balance. It does not require a payment card, and it stays fully usable for a parent who does not subscribe, even when the other parent does.
NoonVale Plus costs $6 per month or $59 per year per parent and adds split rules by category, recurring expenses, multiple children and custody arrangements, full history export, and document storage. Prices are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel Plus at any time from your account settings; it stays active until the end of the paid period and then returns to the free plan without deleting your ledger.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the NoonVale Shared Ledger Technologies Inc. website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of NoonVale Shared Ledger Technologies Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this website without prior written consent from NoonVale Shared Ledger Technologies Inc.

7. SMS Messaging – Account Notifications Only
By opting in to receive SMS messages from NoonVale Shared Ledger Technologies Inc., you consent to receive account notification text messages related to your NoonVale Shared Ledger Technologies Inc. account. These messages may include a new reimbursement request from the other parent, a request accepted, questioned, or marked paid, reminders for recurring expenses you set up, NoonVale Plus billing, renewal, and payment-failure notices, login and verification codes, and replies to support requests you started. Message frequency varies with ledger activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
NoonVale Shared Ledger Technologies Inc. does not send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages via SMS. All text messages you receive from us relate directly to your own account. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of creating an account or making a purchase.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to [INSERT SHORT CODE]. Upon receipt of your STOP message, you will be removed from all future SMS communications. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. NoonVale Shared Ledger Technologies Inc. does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates may apply.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The NoonVale Shared Ledger Technologies Inc. website and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. NoonVale Shared Ledger Technologies Inc. does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoonVale Shared Ledger Technologies Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
